If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Brazilian Diet purchase, please return it to us within 30 days of your purchase. Before returning your order you must obtain an RMA number by calling our toll free number at 1-800-455-3396 and providing us with your order number, reason for return, contact name and phone number.
Upon verification of the above mentioned information, we will issue a return based on the following criteria:
Unopened packages returned within 10 days of purchase will be issued a credit for 85% of the sales amount.
Opened packages and packages returned after 10 days of purchase will be issued a credit for 60% of the sales amount.
Under no circumstances shipping & handling will be refunded.
We will not accept returns without a reference to the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by our customer service department. You must write the RMA # in any documentation and packages that are being returned to us.
